For mainland UK addresses and all over countries, the shipping price is determined by weight and will be shown when you checkout., and the service you choose we offer Royal Mail Recorded delivery for small items like Modchips and Game Hunter. We use a courier for larger items like consoles,
This may change for certain items, or certain shipping locations as discussed below.

Shipping Times
Unless otherwise stated in the item description, all items will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order under normal circumstances. If we anticipate any delay in this time period we will endeavor to keep your informed by email. Once dispatched, goods will arrive next working day.

Shipping Address
For reasons of security, where payment is made by credit or debit card, we will only ship goods to the billing address of the card used to make payment, unless specific arrangements are made with us. Where specific arrangements are made you may be required to provide us with proof of identity or address. Whilst inconvenient, this is an important measure to protect the security of our customers.

Returns
We guarantee your satisfaction with any goods that you purchase from us. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you may contact us within 10 days of receiving your goods to arrange a full refund. You do not even need to tell us why if you do not want to. Refunds will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned goods and will be made by the same method that you made your original payment. If you would like to return unwanted goods please ensure that you contact us prior to sending them back. We strongly recommend that returned goods are sent by special delivery with the appropriate insurance cover as they will only be deemed returned when signed for by us. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Shipping prices quoted are for mainland UK addresses (excluding Northern Scotland) only. Customers in the North of Scotland, Northern Island, or at island addresses are urged to contact us for a specific shipping quote before placing an order. This will allow us to find the best shipping quote for your particular order.
